What started as a few late-night kitchen experiments in Las Vegas quickly blossomed into a full-fledged passion project. Steve spent more than 27 years in luxury resorts and five-star guest service — and discovered the same things that create memorable moments for guests create extraordinary cookies: attention to detail, consistency, generosity, and a genuine love for making people smile.

And yes, every "o" really is capitalized on purpose. Call it a hospitality habit that never quite left — the flourish a guy who spent years making other people's nights special couldn't help but bring to his own name.
